In order to increase flexibility, the package 48-PowerTQFP is used.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is indicated.For its configuration, it incorporates 6 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.By using 4.4V~45V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~175°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Its configuration starts with 48 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number DRV8305.You mount it with Surface Mount.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 1A.The gate driver is part of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.This IC uses BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER as its analog input.
