NLV14012BDR2G Overview
The part comes in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Based on the NAND Gate logic principle, it works. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 3V~18V is required. Operating temperature around -55°C~125°C extended. A Surface Mount mount is used for this part. High and low output current states are both 8.8mA 8.8mA. It comes from the 4000B series. The total number of terminations is 14. This part is equipped with 2 functions that will greatly enhance the user's experience. 4012 can be used to search for device variants. There are 14 pins injected into the part body.
