The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 6-XFLGA. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). It works based on the Inverter logic principle. Voltage 1.65V~5.5V ensures the part's full functionality. Extended operating temperature around -55°C~125°C. Part Surface Mount is mounted.
