Due to its 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. According to AND Gate logic, the algorithm works. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 2V~5.5V is required. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C. There is a hole in Surface Mount for mounting the part. There is 8mA 8mA output current in the high or low states. A total of 16 terminations have been recorded.
