Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted for higher flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.Using a 8V~16V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.There are 8 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 100V.The gate driver is part of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
