There are 8 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. To assist you, this PMIC includes 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. A supply voltage of 2.4V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, the power management has 8 pins in it. 8 pins make up the power management. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 10V volts in this PMIC. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TA degrees. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. The supply current of the power management is 32μA.
