NCV33064P-5RAG Overview
There are 3 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. IC management conducts at a voltage of 4V. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is attached to Through Hole. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 3. Pin count of the power management is 3. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1V for this power management. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 6.5V volts. Power management recommends the Through Hole mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage.
