There are 3 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. IC management conducts at a voltage of 4V. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is attached to Through Hole. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 3. Pin count of the power management is 3. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1V for this power management.
