NCV33064D-5R2 Overview
There are 8 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 240. There is a voltage supply of 4V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. Power management has a total of 8 pins. The pins of the power management system count 8. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1V volts. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6.5V volts. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountThe temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. For this power management, there is an 390μA volt supply current. You can always use NCV33064, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. This power management requires 5V power to work. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known Automotive, AEC-Q100 series product line.
