NCV303LSN15T1G Overview
Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. There is a voltage supply of 1.5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. There are a total of 5 pins on power management. 5 pins are present on the power management system. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 800mV volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 10V volts in this IC management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~125°C. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a supply current of 500nA for the power management. You can always use NCV303, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. As the name implies, this supervisor is a kind of the famous Automotive, AEC-Q100 series product line.
