This voltage supervisor has a total of 5 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). There are SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. When a supply voltage of 1.5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount.
