NCV301LSN22T1 Overview
It is mounted through 5 terminals on the power management. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 240 for the package during reflow. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.5V. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. The total number of pins on this power management is 5. Power managment ic pin count is 5. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 800mV volts. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 10V volts in this PMIC. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TA degrees. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The supply current of the power management is 500nA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using NCV301, the base power ics number. Supervisors from the well-known Automotive, AEC-Q100 series product line are featured in this PMIC.
