A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is indicated.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10V~20V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.It's configured with 10 terminations.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 15V V.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 200V.
