NCP305LSQ30T1G Overview
This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are SC-82A, SOT-343 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.5V. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Power management has a total of 4 pins. There are 4 pins on the supervisor. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 800mV volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 10V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 1μA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using NCP305, the base power ics number. A maximum supply temperature of 3.6μA can be used. 70mA currents are rated for the IC management.
