As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. A total of 4 pins are located on this power management. There are 4 pins on the supervisor. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 800mV volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 1μA.
