There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). In this PMIC, you can find SC-82A, SOT-343 functions for your reference. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. Manage ics operate at 0.85V supply voltages. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. It has a total of 4 pins that are attached to IC management. Pin count of the power management is 4. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 800mV. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 10V volts in this IC management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 1μA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using NCP304, the base power ics number. A maximum supply temperature of 3μA can be used.
