NCP303LSN33T1 Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 5 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. Please find attached SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions for your reference in this IC power. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 240 for the package during reflow. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.5V. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. There are a total of 5 pins on power management. 5 pins are present on the power management system. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 800mV for this IC power. There should be no more than 10V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The supply current of the power management is 500nA. You can always use NCP303, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
