There are 5 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. In this IC management you will find SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions for you to refer to. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 240. When a supply voltage of 1.5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Surface Mount mounts IC management. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. 5 pins are on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 800mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 10V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a 500nA supply current present in the power management. You can always use NCP303, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
