NCP301LSN45T1G Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. Manage ics operate at 1.5V supply voltages. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. A total of 5 pins are located on this power management. 5 pins are present on the power management system. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 800mV for this power management. This IC power should be powered by no more than 10V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a 500nA supply current present in the power management. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by NCP301. A maximum supply temperature of 1.4μA can be used. There is a current rating of 1A for this IC management.
