NCP301LSN27T1G Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. In this IC management you will find SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions for you to refer to. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.5V. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 1.3μA.
