This voltage supervisor has a total of 5 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. There is a voltage supply of 1.5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 800mV volts. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 10V volts in this PMIC. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Open Drain or Open Collector. The power management's supply current is 500nA. It is always advisable to use NCP301, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature that PMIC chip can work with is 1.3μA.
