Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. A supply voltage of 1.5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip.
