There are 5 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Please find attached SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 1.5V. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. The mount is provided by Surface Mount.
