NCP301HSN09T1G Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 5 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. IC management is packaged as a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. A supply voltage of 0.85V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. This power management system has 5 pins. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 800mV for this IC power. This IC power should be powered by no more than 10V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. There is a supply current of 500nA for the power management. It is always advisable to use NCP301, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature is 1.2μA.
