NCP300LSN18T1G Overview
This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. Please refer to power management for SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 1.5V volt supply. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. 5 pins are on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 800mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 10V volts. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountThis power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. There is a supply current of 500nA for the power management. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by NCP300. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 1.3μA at the most.
