NCP300HSN45T1G Overview
It is mounted through 5 terminals on the power management. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. IC management is packaged as a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.5V. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 5. 5 pins are on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 800mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. There should be no more than 10V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountThe temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. There is a supply current of 500nA for the power management.
