NB6L11DR2G Overview
A 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used for packaging. In case Tape & Reel (TR), the cut smart buffer is available. The maximum value for normal operation is 6GHz. There are 8 terminations in it. Supply voltages of 2.5V are capable of achieving high efficiency. The mount is made up of Surface Mount. The electrical component has a classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Translator.
