MPC9446FA Overview
A 32-LQFP case is used for packaging. It's?packaged?in?the?form?of?a Tray. In normal operation, 250MHz is the maximum value. If this is the case, it will be mounted as Surface Mount. Electronic parts classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Divider, Multiplexer are considered to be safety components. Setting the temperature to -40°C~85°C will ensure reliable performance. 2.375V~3.465V V power should work with it. There is LVCMOS output from clock driver. This object belongs to the MPC9446 family.
