The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 689-BBGA Exposed Pad. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging methods Tray. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus width. Recognize operating temperatures around -40°C~125°C TA. The MPC83xx series contains it.
