The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 298-LFBGA for convenient overseas shipping. To serve better this microprocessor features CAN, I2C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces. I/O is run at 1.8V 3.3V on this CPU.
