The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 480-LBGA Exposed Pad, making it easy to ship internationally. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Tray is used. The CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores/Bus width. Be aware of the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TA. This is a member of the MPC82xx series. This CPU is cored with a PowerPC G2 processor. A total of DRAM, SDRAM RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has I2C, SCC, SMC, SPI, UART, USART interfaces to serve you better. 3.3V is the I/O speed of this CPU.
