It uses the Cut Tape (CT) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package for the purpose of space saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.5V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.81V volts. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 500mA output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 55V.
