Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This device is equipped with 6 drivers for its configuration.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 5.25V~16V, it can demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Inverting, Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is based on 28 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number MIC4607.The mount method is Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 28 pins when designing.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 12V.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The maximum output current can amount to 1A.A boot strap voltage of 108V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.
