In order to increase flexibility, the package 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.4 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.By using 5.25V~16V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.You will find various related parts under the base part number MIC4606.A boot strap voltage of 108V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.
