The 10-UFDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.Using a 5.5V~16V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a N-Channel MOSFET gate.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number MIC4605.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is mounted.The pins are configured with 10 when designing the chip.In the maximum case, the output current can be 1A volts.A high-side voltage can be set up to 108V (Bootstrap).Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 125°C.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.For operation, it requires a voltage of 16V.A supply voltage of 5.25V is the minimum value required to operate the device.As a result, a voltage of 1.9V is produced.
