The 10-UFDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 5.25V~16V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a N-Channel MOSFET gate.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Under its base part number MIC4604, various related parts can be found.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 10 pins.The maximum output current can amount to 1A.Based on its basis, it integrates 1 outputs.125°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.For operation, the supply voltage of 16V is the maximum value.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 5.5V must be applied.
