LM25101AM/NOPB Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 9V~14V, it can demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number LM25101.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.When designing, the device is configured with 8 pins.A voltage of 12V is required for its operation.The maximum output current can amount to 3A.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.A high-side voltage can be set up to 100V (Bootstrap).The basis has 2 integrated outputs.Mosfet driver supports an output current of 3A.The supply current can not exceed 3mA when operating.
