The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package provides greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.By using 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is 0°C~150°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Under its base part number MIC4428, various related parts can be found.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 8 pins available.1.5A is the maximum output current.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 70°C.Temperatures below 0°C are allowable as a minimum.For operation, 18V is the maximum supply voltage.4.5V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.
