Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number MIC4427.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.There are 8 pins available in the device.1.5A is the maximum output current.For its basis, 2 outputs are integrated.The device is capable of delivering a current of 1.5A.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 85°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C.For operation, the supply voltage of 18V is the maximum value.4.5V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.In this case, the voltage is 25mV.There are 2 channels configured for operation.
