For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is used.Gate drivers is package in Tube case.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Gate drivers can demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy wGate driversh a 4.5V~20V supply voltage.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.There are 8 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Numerous related parts can be found under its base part number MIC4127.The mount method is Surface Mount.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.There is an output current limit of 1.5A for this device.Based on its basis, it integrates 2 outputs.Mosfet gate drivers supports a current output of 1.5A.The voltage it outputs is 20V.
