Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.It's configured with 8 terminations.You will find various related parts under the base part number MIC4124.You mount it with Surface Mount.Devices have 8 pins available.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 3A that can be achieved.
