There is greater flexibility with the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 4 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~13V, it can demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -20°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.There are 16 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MD1813.The mount method is Surface Mount.A total of 16 pins are available on the device.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.2A is the maximum output current.Based on its maximum power dissipation of 2.2W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power loss without overheating.The supply voltage of this device is 7mA and it operates with that voltage.By using 100kHz frequency, efficiency can be increased.
