MCP131T-315E/LB Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 3 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-70, SOT-323 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, the power management has 3 pins in it. 3 pins make up the power management. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1V for this IC power. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 90μA is the recommended value. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by MCP131.
