There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Bulk-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. IC management is packaged as a TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is attached to Through Hole. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. 3 pins are present in total in this power management. 3 pins are on the supervisor. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. The recommended mounting type is Through Hole. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TA degrees. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. There is a 20μA supply current present in the power management. You can always use MCP121, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 20μA.
