This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. Please find attached SC-70, SOT-323 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. In total, it has 3 pins on IC management. 3 pins are on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. For this power management, there is an 1.75μA volt supply current. You can always use MCP102, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 1.75μA can be used.
