MCP100-475HI/TO Overview
It is mounted through 3 terminals on the power management. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Bulk model. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) functions. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. In a 4.5V supply voltage, the power management conducts. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Using Through Hole, IC management is mounted. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. Power management has a total of 3 pins. 3 pins are on the supervisor. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Through Hole mounting is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole from this supervisor when it is operating. The power management's supply current is 60μA. It is always advisable to use MCP100, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 60μA.
