The flip flop is packaged in a case of 20-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width). There is an embedded version in the package Tape & Reel (TR). The output it is configured with uses Tri-State, Non-Inverted. It is configured with the trigger Positive Edge. There is an electronic component mounted in the way of Surface Mount. A supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is required for operation.
