A temperature of -40°C~85°C TAis used in the operation. There is D-Type type of electronic flip flop associated with this device. In this case, it is a type of FPGA belonging to the 74AC series. Its output frequency should not exceed 95MHz Hz. D latch consists of 1 elements. As a result, it consumes 8μA quiescent current and is not affected by external forces. Terminations are 20.
