MC74AC20DR2 Overview
Packed in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the part is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Based on the NAND Gate logic principle, it works. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 2V~6V is required. Around -40°C~85°C is the extended operating temperature.
