The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 304-LBGA Exposed Pad. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Tray is used. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores per bus width on the CPU. K0°C~70°C TAw what the operating temperature is around 0°C~70°C TA. The cpu microprocessor belongs to the M680x0 series. Core-wise, this CPU has a 68060 processor. A SCI, SPI interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. 5.0V is the CPU's I/O address.
