MC65F103A Overview
The package of NTC thermistors is Bulk. In the Bead package, it is included as a convenience. As a result, the resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±0.05°C. The temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~105°C in order to ensure reliable performance. Temperatures above 150°C allow NTC thermistors to operate reliably. In order to maintain reliability, NTC thermistors can operate at a temperature below -40°C. The NTC thermistors must have the 2 pins connected for them to work properly. Power set by NTC thermistors is 25mW. There is a maximum power dissipation of 25mW for NTC thermistors.
